Excellent location with easy access to tube stations and tour bus stop if that appeals. Walkable to Kensington high street and Notting Hill shopping. Rooms could use a refresh - shower drain was super slow and matress worn out. Avoid rooms near fire doors.

Room was clean, amenities good but the front desk staff was exceptional! Vijay spent so much time printing out directions and reviewing them with us for a special ABBA Arena Show that we had tickets to attend. The night if the show on the way to the tube I fell and injured myself. Louis was amazing when we came back to the hotel in helping in hwlping my roommate contact the venue to cancel, print up the forms needed for a refund etc. couldn’t have done it without him!

It was an amazing experience at this hotel. We loved the warm welcome and cookies upon arrival, all the staff were friendly and efficient. The dining area was kept cleaned quickly as the tables were vacated. Even when we left we were treated as old friends. We would go back and stay there again, and we highly recommend the property.

First time visiting London and the hotel was the perfect place. Comfy room, right across from Kensington Park, short walks to Nottinghill. Super close to 3 underground transportation. Buses leave you almost in front of hotel . Nice hotel restaurant. Great staff. Definitely recommend and would stay again.
