It was impossible to sleep in the first room that we were given. Planes were taking off constantly and in some cases made the room shake. We were located in the Canyon Tower. We were unable to sleep. Following our request for a room change we were provided with a new room in the opal tower by a helpful associate at reception. The hotel is close to the airport but there are so many planes taken off the noise is continuous.

Room was great, staff was great. My only complaint is that the room was reserved for both for my Brother and I who arrived at separate times. The hotel would not let me add my brother to the reservation they said it had to be through Hotels.com, but you only let there be one name on the reservation. You need to change the app to allow both parties sharing the room to be on the reservation in case the guest does not know who will arrive first. Changing the name last minute was very inconvenient.

Hotel was excellent. Large clean rooms with a Comfortable king size bed. Lots of Closet space. Restaurants in the hotel are great. Pool area is beautiful, although we did not utilize due to the weather. Would Definitely stay here again

Very nice hotel. The bed was comfortable. Pricing is reasonable. My only complaint was some of the toiletries in the bathroom were empty. I usually bring my own but forgot to pack some so was depending on it. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again when I am in Vegas. Highly recommend
