Room was a sauna inside. Valet did seem interested in collecting the car. Everything in the room has a charge. No room in refrigerator for anything you had. All filled with over price items. Self checkout didn’t work. When checking out at the desk staff never ask how was your stay or anything appreciative of your business.

This hotel was very nice. Everyone was so pleasant. I wish the bathroom in our room was cleaned better. There was used contacts from the last guest on the bathroom floor.

High expectations after Virgin cruises, but this was the dying Hard Rock hotel remodeled slightly into a dying Virgin Hotel. Nothing really exciting here, and only one small pool open in November. Limited nightlife and not close to anything.

Staff was great! Room was really nice and clean! The only dirty area was in the shower where there was hair and a contact in the bottom of the shower. I’m sure it was just missed and there’s of the bathroom was spotless. Overall, a beautiful room.
