First time staying at Virgin Hotel, it was very nice, welcoming staff, great front feak experience. Our room was very nice, got a good pool view, and had a couch in our room. The shower was amazing, had a vanity and extra mirrors wverywhere. The breakfast buffet was a good deal, and tge pizza place 24hours was great. We wnjoyed the resort pool and the beach house while we were there. I will definitely come back again. We also enjoyed the live music one night, overall it was a good experience. We thought it would be on the strip but it was pretty close to everything. 10 mins from airport and 10 mins from. all other hotels.

Great first time experience

First time staying at the Virgin Hotel since it changed from the Hard Rock and it was an excellent experience. The renovations and updated rooms looked great. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice. The pool area was definitely my most favorite part of the hotel. Though the restaurant options seemed limited compared to other hotels, the food we tried was delicious. Love that they have a 24 hour pizza spot available. Will definitely be staying here again for future Vegas trips

We thought that the property was very well maintained. We liked the pools a lot, although we wish there has been more info on the Beach Club, over 21, pool. I was a bit confused by the protocol and consequently did not get the chance to use it. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time at your property and will come back. Also, while we were waiting to for a member of our group to check out, we were approached by one of your team and offered a ride to the airport. Now, he never SAID this was complimentary, but it was absolutely the implication as he talked about having to pay Uber. Once we got to the airport he said that we could not use a credit card, which we found strange, and we could give him “whatever”. However when I told my daughter to give him 20 dollars, he said that it had to be 30. I also realize 30 is well within the bounds of what Uber would have cost, it’s just the way it was done that we didn’t appreciate! It was the only little issue, really not, because you go on vacation, you pay for stuff. There were five of us and all agreed there was something underhanded about that situation. All he had to say is that, we have transportation owned by the hotel, and will take you to the airport for 30 dollars - we would have agreed - . No one likes to feel “fooled” even a little. We absolutely however, are looking forward to another stay at Virgin Hotel Las Vegas.
