Our main concern was that we never had anything more than luke warm water to shower. The staff were very pleasant and the facility is great. The neighborhood around the hotel could have been cleaner. We noticed a lot of homelessness. Our grandson is a student at UNLV so the close proximity to their campus and swimming pool was a big plus and the main reason we stayed at the Virgin.

We overall liked this hotel. It was challenging to get places in Ubers with traffic (took us 30 minutes to get to Caesar’s one night). Food was good at the hotel but it was loud. The walls were thin and we could hear the neighbors full conversations and music in the mornings. Rooms were large and very clean.

Really loved our stay the area surrounding was a bit rough with vagrant persons but nothing that would wouldn’t see anywhere else. That does not mean the hotel wasn’t great it was definitely worth every dime!

What a great hotel to stay at! My first time staying here and would definitely do it again! Rooms were clean, loved the vanity in the room! I would have loved to have drawers for my clothes and earplugs for the planes, but other than that, it was perfect!

Room was great size, layout was great, furnishings were new, and overall room was updated. AC worked great. Staff was friendly. Location slightly off the strip was not a problem either as it was easy to grab a cab right out front. Would definitely stay again.
