Everything was pretty good! Friendly staff, easy check in. Free self parking that is close to the ruby tower that our room was in. Room is large at 700sqft, the shower is big with good water pressure, and the bath tub is surprisingly deep and wide - very comfortable. The gym is excellent. The distance from the strip isn’t bad at all, a 15min walk if you don’t want to deal with uber. The cons was that I thought I booked a room with a view towards the strip, and instead the view was the parking structure 100ft away. If your room is in the ruby tower I guess you have to make sure it’s a corner room or at least at the 10th level to not just see the parking structure, which can be hard to know when you’re booking on Expedia. Another con is that there is no fridge or microwave if you happen to have leftovers or food items to store. The only fridge is one filled with snacks/drinks that’ll be charged at a 800% mark up if moved at all. Also it seemed all the pools were closed.

The staff was very friendly, the elevator, hallway to my room and the room were all SUPER CLEAN!! The buffet was good too but I would like to see more food choices for the price you charge.

The staff were curt at best, rude at worst. In all interactions like asking for a fridge for our babies food needs. Like we were a burden. And why does a grand suite for 500+ a night have no microwave or fridge? WHY? We left for a family emergency in the middle of the night and they made us use bell hop service instead of letting me load the luggage on a pulley. I’m leaving in the middle of the night in a hurry for a reason. And no vanity sink outside the bathroom that is inside the bedroom? Huh? Red roof inns have that. And it’s off the strip with all that said. Avoid this place. Extremely disappointing

The hotel is too close to airports and the room’s glass door cannot isolate the noise. From 6AM to 12PM, there are thousands airplanes across the hotel above and the noise is so so loud. I was stay in the nearby hotel before, they don’t had such serious noise problem like Virgin hotel.
