Hot tub closed. Only a few pools open. Limited dining. Front desk check in. Not good. Lied to about availability pay a lot to check in early. Had to seek manager to get fixed. Do not like resort fees at 61 and 64 we do not use. But still gotta pay I will say. Housekeeping was excellent! Dont like the food options have to order in a kiosk, and then they want a tip! Deposit are high. Been going here for many years. Since it opened , not sure if i will go back.

My take away is the smiles and help of the staff in every department I went to _store, restaurants, pool Etc, also the package deal I got from Travelocity With flight and hotel were excellent. All though my room was one of the old ones it was clean had a great rest. Disappointed the hotel did not provide a shuttle to the strip or surrounding areas.

No HOT WATER FOR TWO DAYS! Staff repeatedly said it was taken care of and it was not true! It was midnight and they assumed we didn’t need it until later. Most rooms to my knowledge in the Masquerade tower were out of hot water. The water was Luke warm at best!

Unfortunately, my experience at the Rio Hotel in Las Vegas was quite disappointing. I had made a reservation for two nights and specifically booked a non-smoking room. However, upon entering my room, I immediately noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I went to the front desk right away to report the issue, and they told me they would send housekeeping to clean the room again. They also said that if the issue persisted, they would change my room. Sadly, this did not happen. I had to go back to the lobby a second time to complain, and again they said someone would be sent to clean the room. After a third attempt, still nothing was done, and the smell remained. I was especially disappointed by the lack of concern and follow-through from the staff, particularly since I suffer from allergies related to cigarette smoke. It felt like no one truly cared to resolve the situation or provide an alternative solution. This was not the experience I was expecting, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend the hotel based on the service I received.

During check in the staff was rude and I had to ask him to speak up which he was bothered about. The shower and one of the sinks in the room was plugged and I called twice to submit a maintenance request and they never showed up. The room was dirty and the toilet paper holder was broken as well as the security latch on the room door. On one of the days only one elevator was working making the wait time longer than 10 minutes.

Property was dirty. Room was big but “used”… tattered furniture, stained linens, a used bar of soap was in the tub. Gummy work was sticky and stuck to the elevator the entire time I stayed there. I have a leg boot on from an injury and asked for a wheelchair. I was told that we had to rent one … then the last night they gave us one and told me that it was complimentary.. so I walked on a leg for 2 days getting to and from everything when I could have used a chair I asked about and was told no…. Frustrating …. Then we go to relax by the pool. Lina colada machine is broken. Then I was double charged… not relaxing because a little girl got hit in the head by a pool umbrella …. Ambulance… whole thing …… this trip should have been relaxing/ calming and convenient but it was not. Would like some form of compensation as we paid a lot for our stay and were disappointed
