I was very disappointed with the room. It looked nothing like the pictures—much smaller, with worn-out furniture and dirty carpeting. The bedding didn’t feel fresh, and the bathroom needed a deep cleaning. On top of that, the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, which was impossible to ignore.

Spacious room! Clean! Extra blankets needed was delivered in 10 min. Forgot to bring my body wash. But was enough body wash in the provided bottle for one person. I left the pump out of the bottle so housekeeping would know to replace the bottle when they cleaned the next day. It's a good thing I bought body wash. When we returned to the room in the afternoon, I checked to see if the bottle had been replaced. It had not been replaced.

We stayed there for the pools, received an offer 3 ish days before our stay for pool cabana rental. When we arrived (front desk was rude about it) the pool area had been closed for a few days. We hopped to other hotels and pools were open so it wasn’t weather. Very disappointing.
