High Pressure Sales

The property was as presented on the web but our initial check-in ruined the stay.  The front office staff were rude, ignoring us when we first came to the desk then rufusing to sign us in ( wife registered on line) when I stepped away from desk and husband tried to give info.  Then when registered we were sent to second desk for parking pass and that is where we felt we were held prisoner , subject to high sales tactics, like pay $20 for 'free breakfast' before we could get parking pass.  We were tired and wanted to get to room.  We stayed because other relatives were staying there but would never go back.

Beautiful and Quiet

Pros: Quiet, very nice landscaping, close to stores and shopping.
Cons: pillows were a bit mushy
We found the room and kitchen spacious, clean and first rate. The staff was helpful, 24 hrs, and prompt with every request. We did not use the pool. My wife did use their shuttle service. We will be back here next year for sure.

Very quiet, but close enough to activities.

Pros: Quiet, full kitchen, nice pool
Cons: No free Internet
Our family came to Las Vegas for my son's baseball tournament, so I was looking for a quiet place to stay that wasn't a casino. This place was great! The kids had a great time in the pool. The kitchen and washer/dryer in our unit were very useful. My only complaint was that the woman at the front desk was not particularly welcoming or helpful. She gave me a map to help us find our condo, complete with a line drawn in fluorescent marker; unfortunately, her directions were incorrect and we ended up walking around with our bags for about ten minutes before finding our condo.

Nice hotel

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet, great pool, full kitchen
Cons: very small workout room
I've stayed at this hotel/condo twice bc I love the full kitchen, the pool is excellent and beautiful. The rooms are comfortable size and it's away from the strip. I can get to the strip in about 10-15 minutes if I want.

Great Get Away

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, great customer service
If I didnt know any better, I would say that there was a hotel staff member outside at all times assigned just to us. Our room was wonderful, roomy, and the perfect getaway. We are needy travelers, we always ask for extra pillows and blankets, etc. I seriously never waited longer than 3 minutes for anything we asked for. It was a get away for my husband and I, so we took a bottle of wine, however, forgot a cork screw. The staff were so friendly, and they hunted down one for us! It was also the perfect location! We drove around, but could have walked had the weather been nicer. There was a great breakfest restaurant right outside seated next to the best dinner restaurant as well. The Mall was just across the street. It was a great stay! Couldn't have picked a better place to stay!

Great stay

We didnt want to stay on the strip, this was a great place! Felt like it was secluded (which we wanted) but still an easy drive to the strip. It was large and spacious. The rooms were comfortable. We have 2 little kids who slept comfortably on the fold out couch. Great place! Lots of room! Clean! We plan on staying again.

This condo/hotel was very comfortable. It had the amenities that we were looking for.

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
This condo/hotel was a perfect place to stay for what we were looking for. We were in Vegas for training at the Las Vegas Athletic Club and the hotel was very close to our venue. The place was very comfortable, had a nice kitchen stocked with dinnerware, silverware, etc. It was great to be able to make breakfast in the hotel. It even had a washer and dryer. The only problem I encountered was that the heater was not functioning correctly and we had to get someone in there to fix it but they were not able to do it until the next day - it was freeezing that night. And I accidentally left some clothes in the closet and was never able to get them back (my fault for forgetting them I guess). I would recommend this hotel for those who want a condo-type place to stay or for people with kids who need this type of amenities. If you are in Vegas to party - it's very far from the Strip (expensive cab ride) and probably not the best choice.
