They changed my card before we came and the add said that would not happen when I arrived at the hotel I cave them a the card I wished to use the told me that they ran all the payments at 2 pm even if you have not check in

Even with proper directions to the shuttle pick up area, I ended up waiting over an hour to be physically picked up. And, as nice as the driver was, he was just dumb as a box of nails...I actually had to ask him if he could give me a hand loading my 2 heavy bags into the van. It was cold, late, I was exhausted and starving and he stood there as though in disbelief... Other than that, I was extremely comfortable in my space. Renovations really give the place a face lift; friendly staff; decent breakfast spread. Overall, I would definitely stay there again. We live on a military installation, so the sounds of planes coming and going didn't bother me.

The renovations made it difficult to navigate through. I know it’s only temporary, but it wasn’t mentioned at booking. Also we couldn’t get a handicap room. Everything needed was in the room, coffee maker, fridge microwave TV and hair dryer.
