The hotel was amazing! Great views, in the middle of everywhere we wanted to be. The valet parking was easier than we were fearing but we would rather be able to get to our car without the wait. Sad about the lazy river- ridiculous hours made it nearly impossible to use. Bring your own tubes (walmart $5) unless you want to pay $30 each. Hard to get a spot near the river unless you get there before it opens and wait in the huge lines. The hotel room its self was excellent.

Wonderful place to stay with family. I personally do not gamble or smoke, it was nice to have no slot machines in the hotel. The pool complex made this stay special as we enjoyed the lazy river, and different pools.

Check in was very quick and smooth, however since property isnt directly rented through MGM you have to call a special number which can be a little annoying and sometimes do not get any response, our bedroom didnt have a TV remote and we tried several times to call to ask about it but never heard back. room was nice and had good view just didnt like the lack of service for essential things.

I liked the kitchenette and ability to eat some “home made” and fresh food, not just restaurant food. The choice of pools! Will try not rent anything without opening windows in the future. It was hard to breath and sleep in that airconditioned air. And please change the pillows, stuffed with polyester flag making your head sweat))

Top Golf Music was too loud. The hot tub was broken. The valet service was very good. The hotel was inconvenient to access. We did not stay the last night because it was terrible. First time I ever left a hotel early because of the hotel.

Not the high quality I was hoping for.

I typically stay at the MGM Signature when I come to Vegas. Its nice to be out of a casino. It seemed like this room was being managed cheaply. The furniture was in bad shape (cushions not properly on the couch, stains everywhere), the AC was off when I checked in, the linens are very scratchy and unfortunately the toilet paper was even more rough. The Signature is great. I just think this unit and how its being managed is not the best.
