Great stay! Close to the main area of the strip but far enough away to avoid traffic, resort fees, etc. Property was safe but at the tail end of where you see quit a bit of homeless people. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location with easy on off of 15, one exit to Mandalay Bay parking for sports events Large room with pull out sofa bed. Large TV with adequate channels and ability to sign into NETFLIX or YOU TUBE. The sheets were thin and substandard. Towels adequate. The breakfast was ok. Make your own waffles, scrambled eggs from a can, bacon. choice of 2 cereals with 2% milk only. The facility is brand new, carpets are clean and fresh, walk-in shower. Plenty of close by places to eat or drink. I’ll stay there again.
