We did find the room to be very clean, mattresses will be needing to be changed out to provide a comfier stay. The breakfast was hot and ready every morning. Air-conditioning/heating does work well.

The staff was rude not just one person. But everyone i encountered at the front desk. Even upon check in I didn’t even get a hello how are you. It was how do you spell your last name. And when I had a questions they all seem annoyed rolled their eyes couldn’t even speak in complete sentences. One of the front desk girls even seem to be high on the job. Other than that I booked this hotel based on the location to the stadium the room was fine. It was honestly just everyone at the front desk who was awful.

You get what you pay for. Towels had visible stains. Sofa bed was terrible and it was where my son was going to sleep. He ended up without a bed and just sleeping on the sofa.

Parking is not free, $22 for 10-hour stay is ridiculous. Hotels.com does not identify the parking is not free, not happy. This was too costly stay I would not choose if I knew.
