The property matched the posted information. Very pleased with the security for our small dogs, the backyard was very secure, and the front porch security would have prevented an escape from the front door. The neighbor was quiet, and seemed safe as i observed numerous locals on walks in the area. It’s a good location if you are planning activities on the strip. Close and optional routes for different areas. Typical rideshare was 20.00 to and from the strip. Would stay again. Lots of great eateries in the area.

This Cozy 3 bedroom house was clean, near grocery stores ,easy access to the Vegas strip and near to our son's home. Unforunately, there were several bags of trash on the back out door patio, left by the previous occupants, but this did not effect our visit.. We had to contact the host for entrance door code which was not provided until we contacted the host the afternoon of our scheduled arrival. However the host replied quickly within 30 minutes. Thank you for letting us stay at your house.

Quaint and clean

Very cozy and comfort for our stay. It was nice to be close to so many necessities while we worked and dealt with olthe closing of our new home.The host communicated well and we had no issues.

I thought it was a nice place to stay. Great communications. Our needs were met. Only complaints would be the beds were not as comfortable as I would like and there was cat hair on my bags after having them on the floor.
