The property was quite nice. The walls are paper thin.. when people above me walked it sounded like rocks were dropped, it was so loud that it woke me up at night and I'm not a light sleeper. Staff quite unprofessional.. lacks manners. I asked for wake up just as back up.. no one called. I asked for clean towels, extra coffee and dishwasher detergent which was not provided. I had to call front desk and they were not picking up, and when someone did they hung up. At departure I asked for recommendations on where I can get some western style attire, one woman was pleasant and very helpful,, the other woman was just plainly obnoxious and unprofessional,, she directed me to a Party City and was hysterically laughing. That was very embarrassing, as there were other people in the lobby. For the price of the hotel please go somewhere else... not worth it. First and last time there...

Unfortunately our unit’s bedsheets were stained, and there was very limited hot water (only enough for 1 person’s shower). The pool and some amenities were closed, despite still having to pay the resort fee.

Got ripped off

The hotel was fine. The neighborhood seemed safe. I like that it is away from the strip. They don't have housekeeping unless you pay extra. That was weird. I scheduled and payed for my stay but Hotels.com shorted me one day. I was supposed to check out on the 23rd but they only resrved through the 22nd. Hotels.com would not fix the problem so I had to pay the hotel directly and I am trying to get Hotels.com to refund me for that day.

The room looked alot better than the photo. Bed is comfortable, very spacious. Bathtub is slippery hazard. Had a hard time climbing in the jet tub. Other than that, great stay. Would recommend.

We needed a place to stay when a family member unexpectedly landed in ICU. The staff went over and above to ensure we were well taken care of - EVERYONE was so nice! Cannot recommend this place enough.

The room soundproofing was very bad … I could hear the people next door conversing. All the staff I met were great but the property is farther away from the Strip than I thought and the shuttle bus only runs hourly, only stopping at the Excalibur and Treasure Island. During the day the shuttle bus is small and can only accommodate perhaps 10 people. The bus at night was much bigger but the last shuttle leaves TI at 10:30 pm. You cannot check-in from 3 am until 7 am. I had rental car issues so did not get there until around 4 am. Fortunately I called and was instructed to check-in at the Tahiti, a sister-resort where the elderly Danish guy on reception was extremely helpful so my trip to the Club de Soleil ended on a high but NOTE there are TWO Club de Soleil resorts and sadly I first went to the wrong one so I wasted too much time trying to find my room in the Club before I figured out there was a second Club next door!
