It was checking in and i went to the front desk to talk to a real person. And the lady tried directing me to the kiosk. Im like well im right here. She was not friendly at all. Then just pointed toward the resort tower. I also got the high roller view but it was nowhere to be seen. I had a horrible view. Also the vent fan in my bathroom didnt work. I will definitely be staying elsewhere next year. The bar staff was very friendly though. I would definitely come back through for some gambling food and drinks. But i will book somewhere else

We checked in early which may have been not the best idea. Our room was ok. The bathroom not clean. An eyelash, hair in the shower. Plus I paid more for a junior suit and it looked like a standard room. Plus the pool was only open Friday through Sunday and it was hot. So we used the next door pool at the Paris.

While this place was clean and convenient as it is located on the strip, the stay was less than desirable. Our room was not ready and not available when we arrived at 1 am (due to a late flight and the rental car company taking forever) and were ready for bed. We were told that we had to switch to a room with one bed which was less than convenient with a child. When they switched the room, we had to go all the way to the 16th floor (with heavy bags and all) only for the room card not to work. We had to go all the way back downstairs (still with heavy bags) and try to get the room switched. This fiasco occurred about two more times before (again with heavy luggage) we finally got in the new room with the assistance of security. We were told we would get a rolling bed which they never brought up as promised. We had to call the next evening to request it. The overall experience was less than desirable to go through between the hours of 1 am and 3 am while traveling with a child. We did not get into our room until a little after 3 am. We were also operating of CST rather than PST so our bodies felt like it was 5 am. Since we already had plans for the next day, we only got 3 hours of sleep before having to get up. Probably would choose a different place to stay at next time, especially since we stayed at the LINQ before and never had any of these issues.

The property was convenient to the monorail and the strip. The pool was closed 3 of my 4 day stay. The room was hot couldn't turn the thermostat down past 68.

Hospitality Lacking

Ladies at check in seem annoyed to help you. Charged $25 +tax to check in 1 hour early. Pretty ridiculous. Hotel needs some upgrades. I like the size of the rooms and the location, but disappointed with service. Plus the air freshener they blast throughout the casino is gross.
