The whole place was clean and very welcoming. It had a great fresh smell also. John the desk clerk was extremely nice to us and stated that when we came in “the universe spoke to him” and gave us a free upgrade to the Presidential Suite on floor 2. It was huge and very unexpected. Thank you John for your kindness.
