I know the "new trend" is getting rid of closets and drawers, that's fine for your 1 night only guests. But we were staying 6 nights and there weren't even hangers to use on the small racks provided we had to go buy our own.. Seems to me you could keep a few rooms with closets for those people with extended stays, you know how long they'll be there when they make the reservation.

Never Again. I need my money back

This place is held together by bandaids. I see they painted some. But the first room 114 light switches only worked at the lamp. The bathroom was a hamdicap but the drain had a sharp rusting screw in cover that nicked my heal. There was no soad dishes so could t lay soap down i. Shower the shower was not big enough for handicap and had no handicap chair. After the 2nd night we left the room that morning. And did not return until about 3pm. Our room was not cleaned. I finally insisted on a clean room and they moved us. To 111. This room was better but still no soap dish. Therw was in both rooms a rubber piece that was to deflect to water into shower. It had come unglued and was just flopping . There was rust on the drain cover screws again. The light switch looked like someone with poop had hit the wall beside the switch. Oh and the morning food was awful. The help dropped the spoon on the floor and put it back on tahe table to dip gravy. I was very disappointed in this place. The parking lot is so broken in its hard to walk in the dark. And the cart to push luggage is so worn out it was so hard to push.

Everyone was super helpful and nice! Our room was very clean and the in room jacuzzi was very clean! Very close to shopping and restaurants. The only negative thing was the pool and spa heater was broken so the water was very chilly otherwise it was perfect for our mini vacation! We will definitely book it again!

Loved management staff! Room cleaners did amazing and quick. Only drawback 1rude and lazy boy...he never reported safety hazard, metal hatch from ceiling in access hallway was hanging for 2 days. Anyone with height could have hit or cut their head. I also had a refrigerator problem that after 2 times reporting to him, reported 3rd time to Emily and had replaced. He would be sleeping at front desk or in galley area. Anyhow other boy just was there cleaning messes and leaving with boyfriend in van after scheduled shuttle.. luckily I wasn't late.

The staff is amazing, Emily and Jennifer were both knowledgeable and proficient at the task at hand, everytime I returned from leaving I was greeted with a friendly smile and a hello, the rooms were clean and everything worked properly! Great stay and I will definitely stay again if the need arises!!🙂
