Perched upon a knoll at the ideal elevation of 920' above sea level, the Property provides mesmerizing panoramic views of over 20 miles of the Pacific Ocean and Kona coastline, perfectly encapsulating the essence of the Hawaiian word "Iolani" (Heavenly Hawk). Nothing has been spared in this beautiful home to make your stay comfortable and relaxing!

Experience complete privacy in this gated acre of tropical paradise, surrounded by mature Hawaiian landscaping, including colorful and aromatic flowering plants, fruit trees, and palms. Step into the home through a private courtyard entrance, where you'll find a tastefully decorated interior adorned with contemporary artwork to bring the beauty of the ocean indoors.

The main living space boasts large custom glass doors open to a spacious 70-foot lanai, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Take in the sweeping sunset views while lounging in the breathtaking infinity pool, cooking in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen on the lanai, or relaxing while watching your favorite show on the 50" flat-screen tv.

The kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting state-of-the-art appliances and exquisite maple cabinetry. In addition, it is fully equipped with a party-size ice maker, a wet bar complete with a wine cooler, and a gas barbecue on the outdoor breakfast bar. For added convenience, there is also a mini refrigerator.

The primary bedroom takes full advantage of the home's stunning views. It features a brand new California King bed, overhead fan, and glass sliding doors out to the lanai to look out over the ocean every morning. You'll also be able to watch a movie from the flat-screen tv. The en suite bathroom features double vanities, a walk-in closet, a soaking tub, a triple-headed indoor shower, and a fabulous private outdoor shower surrounded by a 7-foot lava rock wall.

Both garden bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, are furnished with queen-size beds and overhead fans. Additionally, they boast custom workstations, private lanais with garden views, and large walk-in closets, allowing guests to settle in comfortably for an extended stay.

Located just off the 3-car garage, the private home office is a perfect place to catch up on work, equipped with a large desk and wireless printer. Stay connected during your stay with high-speed internet (50 Mbps) available throughout the home and even poolside with Wi-Fi. The newly installed infinity pool is located just outside the living room doors. It is surrounded by a spacious lanai featuring ample lounge chairs for ultimate relaxation as you take in the stunning views.

The home features high-end appliances, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, plush linens, and towels. Housekeeping services are also available upon request. This vacation home is the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing vacation.

Guests can enjoy nearby water sports, shopping, and dining or shop at the local farmers' market to cook their own specialties. Explore the island's famous beaches, Kahaluu Beach Park and White Sands Beach, just a short drive away, and return to the home to experience the famous Kona sunsets from the comfort of your own backyard.

Special Terms: The Guest's rental charges are based on normal electricity usage. Because the cost of electricity in Hawaii is significantly higher than in other places, we recommend that guests turn off fans and lights in areas not being used or when guests are not in the house.

If the Guest's usage results in unusually high electricity charges, the Guest agrees to pay for the additional costs beyond those deemed normal for the Property. A 3.5% Payment Processing Fee will be added to this charge. The maximum electricity charge included with this rental is $200/month.

This vacation home has been registered as a Transient Accommodation with the State of Hawaii TA-173-376-7168-01

Due to association rules, this home has a 30-night minimum reservation requirement. Therefore, the Property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days, and no one else may occupy the Property during that period. A pool heating option is available on request. The guest will be directly responsible for a daily operating cost of $125.00 which covers the electrical consumption along with a flat fee of $200.00 to engage the heat during normal operating hours.
