Wonderful - bright and airy, heart of town!

We really enjoyed relaxing with our family on the lanai and being able to walk to the pier, shopping and lots of great food places!This condo was perfect! And the wrap around deck gave a cool place for morning coffee & sunrise over the mountains. In the afternoon, it wasn’t hot at all!

Kona Condo

Great location in Kona, walking distance to pier, beach, shops & restaurants. Unfortunately the toilet was broken and we had to repeatedly fix it to flush. Some of the kitchen appliances need to be updated like the electric kettle which was broken. The outdoor sofas are old and extremely uncomfortable. The noise from the upstairs tenant was alot to cope with at times and after heavy metal music on the Sat night we decided to leave the unit a day early.

We loved the lanai! The unit was nice and spacious. Liked having washer and dryer in unit. The knives in the kitchen need sharpening - very dull. Our biggest complaint was that Kona is really noisy due to loud trucks and motorcycles. Apparently Kona doesn't have laws regarding vehicle noise. We would not stay in Kona again because of that.
