Beach Condo/ High-End Finishes/ Island Beach Resort/No Cleaning Fee/ Condo 404

Condo 404 at Island Beach Resort is on the fourth floor and overlooks the pool/ocean. It has two flat screen TVs, two beds, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. This NEWLY RENOVATED condo has marble and tile throughout with limited edition artwork and upscale modern decor. Condo 404 has gorgeous ocean views from it's two balconies and is a mere 30-second walk to the private beach entrance.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

Nice long weekend

Everything was nice, clean, calm. Location is amazing! We had a great long weekend. A few things needed to be added to the kitchen, maybe more beach equipment, and we suggest some comfy balcony furniture would be a great addition to enjoy the amazing view! In general it was Lots of fun and very comfortable place to stay. We recommend a stay here.
