They can improve on the food. I ordered a fish sandwich and the first fish.They sent me was not fresh.I had to send it back and then they redid one, and it came back great. So the property itself is excellent, but the food can be improved.

Another perfect stay in Islamorada

This was our second time to the Islander and it was just as special as the first. The recent remodel updates are beautiful without the resort losing any of its comfort and charm. The spaciousness of the resort provides privacy and the variety of amenities assure many things to do. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, making check in, check out and everything in between seamless. We will certainly be back soon!

We got 2 rooms, one for us and one for my mother, both rooms were great. Enjoyed the beach area, just make sure you wear water shoes. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and enjoyed it. Was well located and easy to get to and around.
