We take pride in ourselves for providing you a relaxing and clean space for our guests. We hire professional cleaners that not only work hard, but to keep the house in excellent condition. Be be respectful of the house. Our cleaning crew treat the house as their own and we pay them much higher than other competitors. If during your stay is not up to the standard, so please let us know immediately and we will address it and to make your stay even more pleasant!

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood so be mindful of our neighbors. Please minimize any noise past 10pm to respect our neighbors. Sorry but we do not allow parties or events! Max total guests are 6 people. All additional guest MUST BE APPROVED by the host. Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in violating your booking terms and may result in additional fees. It may be a property management issue, but proceed with caution

This is what I sent the owner. I was told it was a property management problem and would be addressed. I do have time stamped pictures of the deficiencies. I was not offered any recompense. In addition, I was emailed 2 days prior and told I would be given entrance code closer to arrival. After a 14 hour drive, no code in my inbox. I sat outside in the dark as I waited for the owner to respond to my request for entrance. „First let me say the property is an asset and could be more profitable with a little deli hence and trusted people who take pride in their work. Concerns you may have no knowledge of include the following: —the back bedroom had a very large palmetto bug on the wall the first night. I also saw several smaller bugs in the master bathroom. —cleaning in the master bathroom around the tub and baseboards were very off putting. The corner of the tub has accumulated dirt and hair. Mold is also present around the tub. —the bathroom threshold is in need of repair and is a tripping hazard —the secondary bathroom’s shower door is in need of repair. It came totally off while my granddaughter was stepping into the shower. It could have caused a very nasty accident! —the kitchen cabinets were/are dirty from a recent renter. It looks like something was spilled down the face of the cabinets and not wiped up. On white cabinets in particular, it is very off

This house was an absolute dream. It felt like home while we were here and coming back to it after a long night out felt right. There was just something very relaxing about it. Very clean, no unnecessary clutter, everything worked great. The neighbors are very quiet, as a note. I wouldn’t go playing loud music outside—but this can be a blessing to anyone who isn’t comfortable with excessive noise.
