The mandatory valet parking is horrible! Waiting over 45 to get our car. Slow and incompetent. Just charge a parking fee and let customers park themselves.

This hotel didnt meet the mark of the brand. Broken and poorly repaired bathroom tiles, rusty implements in restroom. Electrical sockets that dont work. Rundown / worn furniture in thr rooms, barley operable fridge. More of a midrange motel than a hyatt place.

During our stay there was a bit of construction which was kind of inconvenient. The hotel is very pretty and the staff are nice. We were having some trouble with getting our luggage up and down due to limited luggage carts. The valet was nice. I do wish the pool had a view but i do like that its indoor.

It was a nice stay. Conveniently located. The complimentary breakfast was the BEST complimentary breakfast I have experienced , real breakfast food that taste real.. lol. They is construction going on so the parking situation was different. There was no valet you park yourself but the valet attendants had to ket us in and out. I really felt for the valet attendants it was too hot for them to be out there with no industrial fan, mist fan , or cooler of cold water. No umbrella shade nor seats to sit for them. Yet they were so helpful.
