When we checked in the lobby had beer bottles on the floor garbage on tables in the common area and on the outside area cigarette butts scattered everywhere tables cluttered with leftover an eaten food trash alcohol bottles. The property was so disgusting and the pictures online did not match the room that we checked into the room the carpet was sticky in the bedroom the bathroom had mold the chairs in the common area in our room had suspicious stains, The pull out bed the couch had brown stains the room stunk, we were on the first floor it was so loud cars were revving up outside Our window at 3 AM. The group we were with had a room on the fourth floor which completely smelled of marijuana, we reported it to the front desk and they acted like that wasn’t important and it was not concerning and pretty much did not care. We were Under the impression from the photos from the booking site showed to pull out beds and one king size bed there was one couch with a pull out bed we went to the front desk and that’s for a rollaway bed they of course did not have any they did not have any extra pillows or blankets available. If it wasn’t so late at night when we checked in we would’ve driven home it was absolutely the worst hotel I’ve stayed in it was absolutely disgusting and I don’t usually leave reviews but this needs to be addressed because when we showed our concerns to the front desk they could care less

Ice machine on our floor did not work. Washing machine out of service. Mold on the vent in bathroom. No frig in rooms. Carpets very worn and dirty. Hallways very hot. Lobby was nice. Great location. Near shopping and restaurants, Front desk staff very nice.

Very attentive staff-super clean!

Pros: Staff! A good staff is so important and this hotel has some of the best.
Cons: Room service for lunch and dinner.
Location: Close to Gurnee Mills and restaurants. They also have a shuttle bus.
I stayed for the weekend. The staff was excellent. Very friendly, and were willing to go out of their way to make your stay a good one. Room was fully cleaned everyday, and was spotless upon arrival. I will be visiting the area a lot in the future and plan to stay there every time. The pool was nice and the restaurant and bar was excellent.

Good location close to Great Lakes Navy Training

Nice hotel, full service restaurant and bar. Across the street from a large shopping mall. Very convenient
