3 stars - not as nice as expected, but not the worst I've been to. We had the furthest possible room from the lobby, but they didn't tell us an alternate way to get there at check-in, they made it seem like it was just down the hall. We had to explore and find our own shortcuts to our room. The AC in our room didn't work and when we called the front desk to see if they had fans they did not. The service in the restaurant for dinner was terrible - it wasn't even busy, I think our waitress just didnt know what she was doing half the time. The manager did apologize and make it right, but I had to go ask the hostess to speak with him because out waitress was typically not around to ask her. Staff were a mix of extremely friendly or completely apathetic. The kids enjoyed the pool and bowling, and I liked that it was an easy drive to O'Hare airport and I didn't have to get on the interstate with crazy construction to get there from the resort. Overall, I would give one more chance and stay again, simply because of how easy it was to get to O'Hare, but with much, much lower expectations.

Nice stay for a girls weekend
Had a great stay. The resort could use some updates, but overall, it was a great experience. The mattress is top tier! I'll be back. One minor complaint...the lobby is a long walk from the back of the hotel. A few additional entrances would be nice.

The resort is great! Elevators are kind of far from lobby. My daughter had a leg brace and was put in North tower. Patrick the bellman was the best! He notified front desk and they called me immediately and transferred us to the south tower so my daughter didnt have to walk so far. Patrick came back right away and helped us move. He was so nice and kind not at all bothered that he had to move us. Hecis an asset to the resort! One microwave in the lobby for the entire resort was really inconvenient. Microwaves should be in every room. Beds were great!

Older place but very nice. Had a nice spa for my wife and the pool was big with a good gym. They also had a small bowling alley too that was fun for my boys. The only thing they just had one restaurant for lunch and dinner even though they had a separate restaurant for breakfast.

Nice hotel, clean rooms. Since this is a resort, expect long walk to your room. Overall, good place to stay for a night or few. We were there just for a night so unable to make use of the amenities they offered.

This property is old and outdated. It’s nice to have a golf course and bowling alley, was unable to utilize it as there were other functions during my stay. The Staff was Amazing!!
