When we arrived the receptionist was excellent. Unfortunately one of the air conditioning units didn't work properly in the master bedroom and the next morning I informed the morning receptionist. She informed me that maintenance was not in yet but she would inform them. I told her we would be out all day but they were fine to enter to make the necessary repairs. 10 hours later we returned for one of the bedrooms in our suite to still be HOT! I went back downstairs and informed the receptionist that was working (who was also the receptionist that checked us in the night before) about the issue and lack of response to the issue from the complaint that morning. I had also responded to the "How is your stay going" text message which stated someone would contact me, which never occurred. Again this receptionist was amazing and stated she would have the issue addressed and would call in maintenance if needed. When we returned back to our rooms later that night the issue was FINALLY resolved. It shouldn’t have taken 2 verbal and 1 written complaint to address the problem. Thankfully there was one amazing employee that was able to address the issue and get it resolved. She even followed up with me the next morning. She's an asset to the company and you need more employees like her!
