Room was clean, staff was very friendly and it was easy access from parking lot. The only suggestion I have is that the motel needs an ice machine on each floor. People on the first floor have to take the elevator to the second floor and go all the way to the end of the building to get ice.

This is for Motel 6 in Elk Grove'Ohare. The room is in good condition but the t.v. reception keeps going off & on. Problem w/hot water pressure in the shower & sink goes off & on. A Major problem! The bed mattress is so bad that we're having problem sleeping on it and we wake up with back problems.backwth Back Problems!
