The manager was there when we checked in, she was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at our room to a tv that didn’t work, a toilet that didn’t flush, and on the way down to the front desk the elevator broke.

Staff was wonderful, as the room and breakfast offered! (The flooring in the room was our only disappointment- may have used a dirty mop or was not cleaned. Socks were discolored and unfortunately carried around lint… Thank you, for the social hour and snacks- that was over and beyond expected! (Cheers)

Door would not lock from outside. Was moved to a room without a couch and was smaller. Manager was thoughtful but did not have comparable room to transfer us to. Previous visit hotel was overrun with a large group of pot heads. They were aseo the leve the next day but for a day the ruled the hotel.

This is just a personal preference but the floors are not carpeted. The room was also pretty cold even though we blasted the furnace at 77 degrees. I did appreciate the noon checkout since not many hotels do this anymore. It made me feel not rushed. The front desk clerk was very sweet.
