Nice room, terrible service. The Hilton Honors app promised contact-free check-in and digital key but I still had to physically check in and get plastic room keys. I got no maid service my entire visit (4 nights), so my trash cans were packed, I used the same towel the entire time, and ran out of shampoo on day two. I'm tired of hotels using the environment and COVID as excuses to not hire maids and service rooms! I didn't even know the DoubleTree cookies were a thing until my daughter and her family checked in a day after me and they all got them. My son and I didn't get offered one at check-in. I was glad to see they offered breakfast as that would make my mornings go much smoother. Then, to my surprise, I showed up in the morning to see they charged $13 for the same style of breakfast buffet that Holiday Inn Express and others offer for free. We ate elsewhere all weekend. All in all, I expected much better from DoubleTree and the Hilton name. I'll probably use the chain again, but not this location ever.

Good location and bed was comfortable. Was given a handicap accessible room when I didn’t request or need one and the room amenities were disappointing. No counter space, no full length mirror, shower floor extremely slippery, shower water pooled all over bathroom.

The hotel did not offer daily housekeeping services; I had to ask for clean towels and tissues and I only knew this by figuring it out on my own. I was not told this at check-in. My bed was not made once during my stay. I had to search out coffee cups and was not given any refills on coffee/tea. I had to move the in-room coffee maker to a different location because where they have it placed was impossible to open the lid to add water. There was no food service in the hotel; only a small snack area. I was charged for hand sanitizer and wipes. Only a few of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful; some were not at all. Both elevators broke during my stay. Often times the front desk staff was no where to be found.
