The property is in a great area with a lot to do and plenty of places to eat. However, the pool is not heated and is not filtered for cleanliness. There was so much filth in the pool. Towels were not provided or accessible as laundry services are off site according to staff. There is no ice machine on the first floor and the machine on the third floor was inoperable. This was very inconvenient. Lastly, one of the elevators require service. It vibrates, bounces, and makes loud noise randomly (not each ride) and it scared my child. She constantly asked upon entering, “is it going to loud?” before each ride. She plugged her ears during each ride. The hotel has made some updates but only for aesthetic purposes. Many updates to core functions and amenities are still required.

King size bed room was very small, fridge didn’t work, front desk didn’t have any clean towels for the whole weekend I guess their washer broke. Pool is very small not like pictures listed. It was just a terrible experience. the only thing good was the breakfast, I won’t be booking with them again.

Left in the middle of the night.

Check in was fine. Room not the cleanest. Toilet would not flush all the way which we could deal with but then saw a little cockroach on the floor later in the night. We the packed up and left. Would not recommend.
