The property is starting to show its age but the price and the customer service can’t be beat. The breakfast was excellent for this type of hotel. The staff were very friendly. The pool was well kept and had plenty of towels. Everything in our room worked, and appeared clean. Overall we didn’t have any major complaints and would return if in the area.

We've stayed here multiple times over the years, and it appears to get a little more run down with each visit. There is limited housekeeping and a garbage can full if trash sat outside a room for 2 days before being picked up. Our floor smelled like pot. Two of the 4 cardio machines in the fitness center were not working. The location is great and the hot breakfast one of the best we've had.

Great stay for a family of six

Check in went smoothly and quickly, and we were up in our room in no time. The room had a small divider, which helped focus the sleep and lounge areas a bit more than any other hotel I've stayed at. The bathroom was a bit small, but usable; it always takes me an extra moment to get used to the sink/counter on the outside. The room was clean, the beds were soft. I could have used an extra pillow or two, but forgot to call down and ask. Breakfast was fantastic, and switched up a little each day. There was a bit of water on the elevator floor from those coming from the pool, something to watch to not slip. The pool was a comfortable temperature, spacious enough and fun to play in. We were able to get an extra hour added to our leave by request, and the manager/clerks were very accomodating to any need. Be careful of the yogurt though! lol--it was on the same cold bed as toppings for eggs (cheese, et al; the sour cream was in the back in packets which I missed). Kind of odd to mix with hot sauce and ketchup on the eggs lol. Overall, a great stay for our family of six, and I would go with them anytime in the future!

Overnight at the hotel for a business event. Great location and facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. They let me use the meeting room as a quiet place for a virtual meeting. Appreciated not having to sit in the lobby with the background noise.

There were some stains on the sheets. The stains looked easy to clean. soak the sheets in cold water overnight to loosen stain, then apply hydrogen peroxide directly to the stain, gently pat it in with a brush, and finally wash the sheets in cold water with your regular laundry detergent. or just thrown them out. Also the tv was hard to navigate.
