The heat/ac didn't turn on. The room was freezing. Things were dirty and the outlet in the bathroom didnt work. Our bed didn't have a comforter and there were also no blankets.

I had a smelly room with cracked bathroom sink, a low battery smoke detector blipping sound all night long from somewhere but not in my room. After reported next morning and took the front desk personnel into my room in second night I stay to understand what I ran through, still can't get fix next night. What a great stay.
