There was nothing wrong with the property but i felt that the staff at the front desk was dishonest... For example i always check for what the total is going to before i should so i can confirm that the hotel is charging me the same. In this case was suppose to be charge $167~. Then i went to check out and it was 183~. I just felt that staff at the hotel was being dishonest and trying to get more money out of us. We stayed with freinds at this hotel and they had a simalar experience... to even get a receipt out of the front desk was a stuggle..

I loved how quiet the hotel was. Very new and up to date. Breakfast was great. The only thing I wish there would have been was a restaurant, but I chose the hotel for a second time (and will continue to stay at when I am in the area for work) even though there was not one.

This hotel is quite new. All amenities are well equipped. The only complaint is too close too the highway, it was really noisy in the night time. Really make you feel sleep on the street.

An outstanding property at a reasonable price. I was there four 4 days on business, and will be my goto hotel for trips to the Schaumburg / Elk Grove area of Chicago. Free breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean and comfortable, albeit a little spartan. Daily housekeeping was a plus. Also had an in-room safe. Staff friendly and helpful.

Must Stay!!

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We stay at a lot of hotels for sports. This hotel was great! The staff were so kind and accommodating! I will absolutely stay here next season. For all the ice snobs - they have Sonic ice.

Sparkling Clean and Modern (But Beware the Heat)

My room was exceptionally clean, and all furnishings and finishes looked brand new. The breakfast bar was well stocked with the usual self-serve hot and cold items, and the quality of the food was above average. The major downside was the sweltering temperature in the room. I slept maybe one or two hours. The room's HVAC system was locked in 'heat' mode and, even after I set the thermostat to 59F, the temperature remained uncomfortably high throughout the night. The windows in my room did not open, so I couldn't cool the room with outside air. I wouldn't stay here again in the colder months, but I'll give it another shot when I return in the summer in hopes that the A/C is up to the task.

Great stay!!

Great room: modern aesthetic, great art and contemporary furniture and good bathroom size. Loved the divide between the toilet and the sink. Spacious bathroom. However the hot water ran out in the morning for some reason-both in the shower and sink.
