I loked the hotel overall. Was not told the breakfast was not complimentary. Also, through the entire night a child ran, jumped, stomped, and moved furniture. Kept us awake through the night. The light under the mirror lines up perfectly with the full mirror and sends a bright light directly onto the bed.

Thank you for staying, and I apologize that your stay was not satisfactory. I do apologize about the noise issue you experienced. I have to ask, was this reported to our front desk, and nothing was done? That is the only way we could rectify this issue, was if we were informed. The hotel has a noise complaint policy that is followed thoroughly. Breakfast is not complimentary unless the room is booked with a breakfast package. I apologize that this was not fully explained at check in. There is a sign posted in the restaurant, upon entry to the buffet indicating, the cost for breakfast.

Had to ask for a hair dryer because there were none in the room. 4 women in the room and needed more shampoo but was told there was none in the building. Bartender/waiter was not very friendly, never asked how my steak was or any of us how our meal was. Later went to get something from the bar at 10:30 and was told they were closed when we were told they were open until Midnight. Not one of my better experiences.

Hotel is perfect distance to Medieval Times, food/restaurant staff was good. Indoor Pool was colder than average. Check-in staff was borderline rude an unhelpful. Room was on the small size. Seems more setup for business than pleasure. Vending Machines/ Ice Machines in poor order, with multiple floors broken. Little improvements could make this hotel better overall. I would stay here again regardless.

This place is getting by on the strength of its excellent staff, but otherwise my impression was of a hotel that was covering up a lack of maintenance and unwillingness to invest in decent equipment by slapping new decor over everything. For example, there wasn't a working ice machine on any floor of the building (except in the restaurant kitchen) for my entire four-night visit. My fridge also initially didn't work; a staff member replaced it with one from an empty room that sort of worked, but evidently they're playing musical fridges so much these days that you can't count on having one, nor a microwave. There were not enough luggage carts; I arrived in late evening mid-week and waited over three hours for any cart to be available, and never got one. I am disabled, so this was a big problem. Positives included the aforementioned staff (who were working hard to make up for all the broken stuff), cleanliness, and consistently adequate internet speed. The location is good. There were plenty of hangers, and the bed was comfortable. There were reachable outlets on the nightstand and a nice alarm clock with white noise. The restaurant is okay, but nothing spectacular. Their beer selection is basically nonexistent, which was a sad contrast to the hotel my convention was at, and disappointing in an area with so many great craft breweries. I would have tolerated the slightly high food prices and eaten there several times for convenience if they had had decent beer.

Very nice hotel by I-90

Nice facility at very convenient location. Room was very clean and well maintained and staffs were nice. Only problem I had was the noise coming from the heater! It makes an awfully loud noise when I turned on the heater. It was good thing I didn't stay there in winter months because it was almost unbearably loud.
