Get the room with the jacuzzi, trust me. Also that tub takes minute to fill sooooo, yeah. Staff were chill. Hotel was clean. Hella close to woodfield mall, improve comedy theater, and food. Oh, plenty of parking.

Decent. The facility was clean but there was an old smell of smoke in the hallways and it is supposed to be a smoke-free hotel. There was no smoke smell in the room, though. The heater was loud but worked well.

Although I received a text msg welcoming my stay, upon my arrival for check in it was anything but “welcoming”. The desk clerk didn’t even speak. I greeted him & he didn’t even respond. I asked a question regarding room assignment. His response was very terse and dismissive. Very unpleasant individual — wasn’t hospitable at ALL!!! The accommodations were excellent though.
