where do I start? lets go with check in. when I arrived to the property i wasn't greeted properly at all. I said hello I' here to check in and the front desk didn't greet me or even say hello. She said what' your last name can i see your id and debit card. she then asked if i needed a single or double beds i said i have the kids with me i need two beds. Shen then asked me did i have a preference on the floor i implied it didn't matter as long as i have two beds. she then told me to put my debit card in machine for incidentals. I then received a notification from my bank stating i was changed 458.72 so that's when i was confused. I then asked why am i being change so much when I paid for the room already. After doing research they noticed the made a mistake and refunded my funds(its going to take 5-7 business days). I then proceeded to the room just to take one foot in the door to notice it was a room with only one bed. Now I' getting really frustrated because i told her multiple times i needed two beds. I proceed to go downstairs to left her know she gave me one bed room. She didn't apologize she didn't say anything but asked the key fixed it and gave the key back without apologizing again. All of this before even starting the stay is outrageous. Next we get settled into our room and later head down to the pool area. we over hear other families complaining about the staff and security being rude but we were so fed up we didn't even want to engage.
