We faced north, on the 3rd floor. The windows let a lot of noise in. The bed/mattress was great. However, the frame it sits on has corners that stick out. My wife removed a dime sized piece of shin skin one night. And by the looks of the corner, she wasn’t the first one to do it. We took advantage of the “free breakfast”. But vouchers were only good for $25, which didn’t cover most entrees plus coffee. I will say, the food was very good, as was the service.

Room and amenities are fine. The check in desk is next to the door from the parking garage. It’s a very cold day (below zero temps) making it uncomfortable waiting in line. Then they make you go back to your car to display a parking permit. They should think this through…guests have all their luggage so they have to go to the room and then back to the car. It requires multiple elevator rides. Check in is on the 2nd floor, room was on the 4th floor, car was parked on 3rd floor. Very cumbersome and frustrating, and definitely doesn’t make a very good first impression.
