Room was clean, staff answered question but wasn’t very friendly. Bathroom did not have fan so every time shower was used steam was everywhere. 5 minute shower had walls, ceiling and counter wet. Pool was nice, some of the floor around poo needs replaced. Hot tub was very hot, stairs were a little taller than normal slow careful walking in. We didn’t use the restaurant so unsure how it tasted but menus looked like they had lots of options. We stayed the weekend for a college open house that was near. It was close to lots of restaurants and things to do. Overall good experience.

The entire 2 days we were there they did not have fresh cookies or had no cookies at all and there were roaches in the room

Room was dirty w garbage on the floor. TV only worked if you found the magic angle with the remote. Gym equipment had broken adjustment knobs. Overall it looks if the hotel should have been remodeled 10-12 years ago. The hot tub was on its last leg. The pool was nice at least.

Upon check-in, I was asked to give up my handicap accessible room because it appeared I didn't need it. Three times in the ad, it states free local shuttle which they do not have. Never mentions deposit except for pets but there's a deposit. Mold in the shower.

I didn't use the hot tub, the business section. The staff was very friendly. The room was awesome. The hotel itself was beautiful. Inside and out. I will stay again if I am in the area.
