This was my first stay at Aloft. The main complaint I have is the noise and poor condition of the rooms. Staff were helpful with moving me to a new room with working heat/AC and phone. The noise issues were ridiculous and not solved by the move. I think the builder completely skipped any type of soundproofing. This may have been intentional in keeping with the "loft" theme? Wouldn't recommend staying here, won't be back myself.
