Welcome to The First Yellow Door! Relax at this peaceful apartment 3 minutes from the Seawall and 7 minutes from the Strand. Beautifully remodeled, new appliances, queen bed and queen foam sleeper sofa. 65 inch smart tv, games, hardwood floors and all the essentials you’ll need! Private gated area and lots of charm!

Other things to note
The deadbolted door in your unit is the separation between The First Yellow Door, the one bedroom apartment you’re staying in and The Second Yellow Door, an efficiency apartment. It is locked from both sides and cannot be opened by anyone except me. It also has a custom cabinet built on the other side so it can no longer be used. Please be courteous as there may be a guest staying in the efficiency.

Myself, family or cleaning employees sometimes come by and open the gate between the homes to access the garage while cleaning The Green House or The Second Yellow Door after guests check out.
