The hotel staff was great and the rooms were clean and nice. We had breakfast on property, which was pretty bland. I really took off some stars for the valet service. I have traveled quite a bit all over the world and have never been to a place where the valet couldn’t care less that you were standing there. When we unloaded our stuff and clearly needed help, they just watched us struggle and drop things. While the hotel was nice, we probably won’t be back because we felt very unwelcome.

For the price, I was terribly disappointed. The room was nice, pillows and towels were a joke. Valet was responsive, but the lobby is small and packed with people, bellhops would walk in front of you,it was just a zoo at all times. Apparently, cruise-goers stay here the night b4 they sail for convenience, which adds to the zoo-like vibe. Definitely will not stay here again. Bonvoy - you can do better, and you should for that kind of money.
