All the staff here at this hotel are so welcoming and helpful! Everyone was so great from the Valet to the customer service and front desk! We had a great dinner at the in house restaurant, served by Garrett who was so responsive and friendly to all our needs! James the staff manager was also so friendly and shared information regarding the history of the hotel! We noted that all staff were so helpful and friendly! We will return to Tremont because of the beautiful comfortable hotel but also because of how the staff made us feel so welcomed!

Great property, amazing rooms. The ceilings are so tall, it was not expected. The restaurant downstairs was very nice as well with many good things to offer.

An Atrium view looks right into your neighbors room. The Roof Top bar is closed and has apparently been closed for 1 1/2yrs. In room coffee bar and toiletries are not refilled. The staff is pleasant, the hotel is centrally located, felt safe and the property is clean.

Beautiful hotel in a great, historical area of Galveston with lots if good restaurants. Close to the cruise terminals. Down side is the roof top bar that has been undergoing renovations for the last two years with no end in sight. The hotel doesnt mention this fact anywhere.

Great look and location but total disappointment
Hotel is beautiful overall; however, we were cursed with a 1st floor room (102) adjacent to the lobby and overflowing bar crowd. At midnight, the loud TV and AC could not overcome the lobby sounds with the one night supervisor unable to manage the crowd. Ruined the stay! The front door and bathroom door scrap the tile and close poorly. For $400, it was beyond a disappointment.

So spoiled, I’m ruined forever….in the best way
It has ruined me forever. The room, the property, the staff… all impeccable. THE BED was sooo comfy, I slept a solid 12 hours. The water in the shower was hot, with great pressure. The cleanliness of the room & bathroom was incredible… the decor timeless and classy. Love the lighting fixtures and are those 20 foot ceilings in the rooms? They are huge rooms. Yes, I will be back.
