Do NOT book here. The strong smell of mold when you walk in is overwhelming. I immediately had my children return to the car. I cannot believe this hotel is allowed to operate. I honestly wouldnt give a homeless person a room here. The larger hispanic lady at the front Desk was annoyed to have to speak to me, no refunds if you dont stay. Its a scam. It was an awful experience

Staff was not attentive. When I arrived and checked out there was guest complaining about their stay. AC units barely blew cold air. I stayed in a suite. Room 302. Shower head was clogged and dirty. Tub was rusted. Door frames had chipped paint and doors got stuck. The main elevator was out of order the full stay. No meat served during breakfast. Just watery eggs, bread, cereal, waffle. Would not recommend.

I love the location of this hotel. It’s away from the busy, noisy part of the Seawall but a 2 minute walk across the street to the beach. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was great with many offerings and staff are friendly and helpful. I did have a few frustrations. I barely had hot water 4 out of 5 nights. For some reason it never truly heated except for one night. While tv is not the focus of the beach vacation, the channel offerings are very limited with not terribly great reception. I had to have my door key rekeyed twice while I was there. Nothing terrible, but kept it from being a 5 star stay. Regardless, I’ll stay there again because the good outweighs any little frustrations. It’s a great economical choice!

This hotel definitely needs a makeover. Our door didn’t close properly, we had a huge hole on the balcony ceiling where the sprinkler system is. One elevator was down.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very polite and helpful. This is an old building and with age alone come verious issues some might say but they do a beatiful job with what they have and we loved or room!
