When i arrive late at night due to my delayed flight the tront desk host is very sweet and i am truly satisfied with her customer service. After that it all fell apart, the room is dirty and had a bad smell. I ask the cleaner the next day if they are able to map the floor, shower have stain, not able to get breakfast as they close early and the line is long. Then mosf us guest have the same idea to relax on the jacuzzi as it is a perfect weather for it, the jacuzzi jet doesnt work umtil we tell fhe front desk as they have to turn it on only for 15 minutes and we have to go in and tell them again on our wet bathing suit. The AM front desk are too great with customers service and not too friendly. Overall, wont staying there again as i have paid a lot of money for the weekend for unsatisfactory stay

My husband and I stayed there on this past Saturday the 22nd. We had a very good time the only complaint that I had was was the shower meaning that the water went all over the floor during the shower so we had to use towels to put down to be safe because I am one with the disability. And secondly I know they said it was a continental breakfast but there was no meat so that was a little confusing. However we will stay again because the room was very nice and spacious and it didn't have a beach view but it's okay it did have a small balcony

it would have been helpful if the lady told us where our room was and best way to there instead of just saying the number it would have been a lot of help to where we needed to park instead we unload our belongings and walked all the way to back of hotel Also when choosing a room to not include photos of a great view to get to room and find a view of old run down house

Great Hotel

We have stayed in this hotel several times over the last few years. It’s always clean and inviting. The covered parking is also a plus. The only complaint we had was there was rust in the bathtub so we couldn’t soak. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!
