Lovely. Comfy bed. Beautiful view. Pleasant service. Opulent lobby. Self parking came with a pricetag that wasnt clarified before hand. Do-able but unexpected. Breakfast at Blakes bistro was large portions & vary tasty. Fruit was fabulously fresh & flavorful.

We fairly enjoyed our stay, from the moment we walked up to checkin it wasn’t what we expected. The staff was okay at best, not friendly or even very kind. Our room was out dated and we kept having issues with our room. From the fridge not working until the last day of of staying there, the remote not working waiting on staff to respond to our request. Over priced rooms, outdated and just mediocre. Lee will not ever go back to this hotel.

The San Luis Resort is a very nice property . Very clean . Staff was very friendly as well however , I felt that they were understaffed for breakfast . I wanted to buy a cup of coffee from the lobby cafeteria and it took forever to get it ( there was only one person checking out and preparing the coffee . Same thing happened when we went to eat breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

The pool and entrance are beautiful. Hot tub wasn’t working all the way, but was good enough. Wobbly facet in shower is the only minor issue that made getting hot water difficult. Staff is very nice. The shops on property were very nice and as upscale as most would want. The breakfast takes forever if you order off the menu, so choose the buffet.

Having everything included is nice. Staff are well intended but there were several times that I would request something and then they would forget about it and I’d have to go hunting it down (unlocking car from valet, ordering drinks and food orders at the pool etc..). The room view was nice the first two days until workers started working on the resort roof two days in. Pool was very nice. Hot tub was filthy every time we used it. Spring break activities for families was a nice touch.
