The room was awesome!! The location of this hotel was perfect, and we were able to walk to many of our downtown destinations. The room was super spacious and comfy! The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay! Would definitely book here again!

The room had band aid wrappers on the bench, there was a used lotion bottle on the sink and when we asked for someone to bring fresh toiletries, they never came. The elevators were slow and only 2 of the six elevators are accessible for guests which caused long lines at busy times. Not staying here again.
