This hotel isnt bad this time was one of the better times. No loud people or anything like that. The rooms are very dated and repairs are minimal. I think the hotel should put the round make up mirrors the ones that are mounted on the wall in the bathrooms or have a vanity area.

I liked the entry way by the front desk and the fountains. I feel like the rooms could be updated, repaired and cleaner. Our room was 60 degrees. We had to warm it up to be able to stay in it. I really thought this was going to be alot nicer than it was. No hand soap.

Check in was a nightmare. We arrived at 5pm which was 2 hours after our room should have been ready. No rooms were available which made us late for our dinner reservations. When we did get to the room, we went to shower and it was so slick from scum that my wife almost fell. I had to stand next to her to support her. This seemed to be a theme as the other couple we traveled with had the same issue. The sheets had multiple stains which made us question cleanliness. There is also mold growing around the fire sprinkler. We will not be returning to this location and are very dissatisfied with our experience. Money wasted for sure.

Liked having room on bottom floor, not extremely far from parking. Beautiful lobby. Hot tub nice but needed to be better 'handicap' accessible to get in & out.

The staff was awesome, the night club was so much fun but let's discuss the hotel itself. It has such potential but there are soo many issues. First the fountain has green alge in it, that is just lazy. It is such a beautiful space, it just desperately needs some attention. The rooms were a good size but the mattress was so bad that my husband and I both rolled to the middle because of a massive sinking spot. The air conditioning did not work at all, we couldn't even get the fan to come on and everyone on our side of the hotel was having trouble with the key cards. There were 5 couples, like us, trying over and over to open their doors. This is such a cool place, please invest and upgrade or I fear the new hotels around will be the end of this diamond in the rough.
