I liked the entry way by the front desk and the fountains. I feel like the rooms could be updated, repaired and cleaner. Our room was 60 degrees. We had to warm it up to be able to stay in it. I really thought this was going to be alot nicer than it was. No hand soap.

Liked having room on bottom floor, not extremely far from parking. Beautiful lobby. Hot tub nice but needed to be better 'handicap' accessible to get in & out.

Front desk staff were pretty short with me during check in. Thankfully I was only staying 1 night and I used the contactless check out the next morning. It wasn't like the lady was rude she was just very indifferent and frigid.

When I walked up to check in, the 2 front desk saw me but one tended to another customer even though I was clearly first then another customer put a dog on the check in counter and she even called out a manager to come take a look at the dog. I stood there for a few minutes and even approached the counter where the customer could see me yet they were all intrigued by the dog on the service counter as if minding their own business. Only about 5 min later, once the customer with the dog left, did I get the chance to check in. POOR customer service but it’s not worth making a scene. I guess it’s on me to not say anything and demand an apology but I hope this review doesn’t fall on deaf ears. I got nothing against dogs but they live rent free and I’m a paying customer who expects to be able to check in rather wait for the staff to have their fun with a dog

I love dogs too but what you describe is just plain old poor customer service and I am embarrassed that it happened at my hotel. Believe me, something will be done about this as I never want to see a review like this again. I am so sorry that we treated your check in with such poor service.

I am so sorry about that pool and hot tub closure. We had a sports team in late this week and some attendee from one of the teams decided t would be funny to throw shampoo into the pool and hot tub. While this did not pose a health hazard, we needed to close the pool and hot tub for "de-foaming", hurting the stay experience for our other, wonderful guests. I am so sorry about this and I thank you for your understanding.

There was mold/mildew on the bathroom ceiling. When I told the front desk, she wasn't concerned or apologetic. The area the hotel was in was surrounded by vagrants. The doors were not locked. Som had the key scanner on them, but they didn't work, and other doors did not have the scanner. I felt that we shouldn't have been charged for this room because of the mold/mildew that we were exposed to.

I want you to know that the conditions you describe are not OK with me or my team and I have already commissioned my team to find out what room you were in and take care of any and all issues that may exist in that room. Since I have been back as General Manager, We are systematically going through every guest room, every three months, to make sure that our guests NEVER find something like this. I am so sorry and I understand your frustration. I have also copied the front office team on your review so they can see what a lack of empathy does to our beloved guests.

The staff were outstanding, helpful, understanding and seemed to go out of there way to help. For a outsider it was hard to get to you off I35 in Fort Worth, but that would be the only problem I could see.

I have to agree with you that navigating I-35 in Fort Worth is a bear and you really have to pay attention to the Meacham Boulevard exit for our hotel. Getting booked had a long line and only one person was helping with the guests. We get out key card to get directed to our room as soon as we enter the elevator a pair of underwear was in the elevator floor. We get to our room and the room is clean. Go to the bathroom and also clean but the baseboard is broken by the bath tub. Not safe if we have small children. The room temperature was quite warm even though we put the air down in temperature. Just not a place I would stay at again. We also had to call back because we ended up getting charged the security deposit instead of being refunded back on card because of a new training issue. So overall not a good experience.
