Overall very happy with the hotel, lovely lobby/bar/breakfast area. Friendly staff and beautifully presented breakfast. Only thing that was NOT good was the bedding. The sheets were like tissue paper and fell off immediately. Very uncomfortable

Room was comfortable and spacious. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I have a broken arm and they went out of their way to help!

When I got to the hotel to check in they didn’t have a record of my reservation and it took a good 45 minutes to get it all figured out.

A Fire Alarm is definitely an unwanted surprise and I am very sorry we did not get the chance to make this right before you left our hotel. This is something I will use as training for our team to ensure that we don't leave our guest in the dark and to make sure everyone is aware.

The beds were very hard and very uncomfortable. The Breakfast was also disappointing, they advertised waffles and also provided Syrup, but NO waffles, they said that Hilton just hadn't updated advertising on the walls! Overall pretty disappointed!
