Jeremy was so so extremely helpful and gracious!! The sweet girl that worked front desk was helpful and so nice!!! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and was perfect for my daughter and I!! I’d recommend to anyone looking first a place in downtown ft. Worth.

Early information said to download the app to check in and await instructions but i never received any info. I called the hotel number at check in time and they advised someone was actually on site to help. That definitely helped making check in a breeze. The app was easy to use to unlock doors, room was great -clean and as advertised. Great place over all, we would come back.

The staff and room were fine. I just definitely didn't feel safe sleeping there. There were so many noises, and people slamming doors. I left in the middle of the night because I couldn't sleep properly. And the AC barely worked and it was so hot

This is a self serve hotel....meaning there is no front desk to check in. You are given a code to open the door of the building and to your room. It felt unsafe because if you are used to having someone on site 24/7 then you will feel a little uneasy. The property was clean and so was the room
