Interesting timeless decor. Did not like having a wall right outside of one of the windows nor being near a dumpster location where they someone disposed of what sounded like glass objects twice in the late evening.

This hotel was in the heart of downtown Fort Worth next to Sundance Square which made shopping, entertainment, and food all within walking distance from the hotel. Overall great place to stay and the staff was very professional and polite. I did have one issue with my room (carpet smelled like vomit) but the staff was very quick to try to resolve the issue.

Very quiet hotel, was impressed with how quiet it was in an old hotel. Had a room away from street though, sure that helped

Nice hotel in downtown Ft. Worth.

We were looking for a hotel located within walking distance of our theater and restaurants. The Ashton was perfect. The food in the hotel was good, too.

Small boutique hotel close to Sundance Square

Pros: Location
Cons: Update the web page to show they no longer have a dining room which used to be excellent.
Location: Close to Sundance Square and the Bass Symphony Hall so walking is convenient and safe.
The hotel is historic with 39 rooms, but the dining room as shown on the web page and we were looking forward to has been closed for some time after being purchased by the Hilton chain. That was a big disappointment. Other than that the service staff and ambience of the boutique hotel was as expected and very nice.

It is an historic building and quite charming with a pleasant staff and a great bar .

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: poor wifi connection
A try at elegance, but our first room was small and dark. Lamps didn't work and a fire alarm was hanging down. Wifi connection was spotty.

Very comfortable .

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: some rooms don't have a view
The only downside was that there was only a view of the brick wall of the adjoining building from our beautiful, huge windows
