The hotel is all digital. So if you book through a third party you won’t get the email that informs you of this. We showed up to a locked door that can only be opened with downloading and registering through the app. There happened to be someone downstairs that opened the door for us, but there wasn't any employee the whole rest of the weekend. We were just lucky. Ran into somebody stuck outside that evening and had to explain all this to them too.
Once you figure out how to get in, the rooms are nice and spacious. We stayed in a big corner room. Unfortunately space was wasted since there was no furniture except a bed and a chair. Nowhere to put your luggage or your things. No towel rack for wet towels either.
Room is minimalistic/modern design. Cool I guess. Does not work well when you need to sleep and the concrete floors and the thin walls allow you to hear your neighbors two rooms down. Honestly felt like they were in the room with us.
The bed was fine, but the sheets were too small and corners would pop off as soon as you sat down.
Parking was fine. Location is good.
So there was nothing horribly major wrong, it was just all the little things that added up to make this our last visit.
