Love this hotel because it is close to so many shops and places to eat. We came to see a concert at Billy Bob’s which was only a short 5 to 10 minute walk from the hotel. Will definitely be staying here again!!

A/C was broke in room but they gladly changed us to another room. Breakfast & dining room was awful...they said the 'cook didn't show up for work that morning'. No place to sit, dirty. We were on 4th floor; why was guest with dogs on 4th floor? Dogs barked all evening. Put them on 1st floor. We didn't know till we checked out there was a $20 parking fee. Guests should have been told up front.

Used real dishes as apposed to paper plates. Provided water regreshment. Convenient parking. Lots of mirrors. Large room. Coffee pod did not fit coffee pot so could not drink coffe in the room.
