Summary:
Gorgeous and newly renovated pool home in the sought after Woodgate Estates community, this home is sure to satisfy even the most discerning of guests. Boasting four large bedroom across two distinct wings, two large baths with walk in shower and soaking jacuzzi, and an oversized heated pool, this property is the ideal home away from home. Additionally, guests will find that the fully stocked kitchen with touch activated faucet, barn-style pantry door, and expansive quartz kitchen island create an atmosphere that is both inviting and conducive to hosting friends and loved ones during extended stays.

The Space:
This home features a king bed in the master bedroom, single bed, bunk bed, and queen bed in the guest bedrooms. The home features a two car garage, heated pool, large front and backyard, and driveway.

Pet fee of $100 per pet, please contact us to arrange to make the pet fee payment.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to everything inside the home, with the exception of the owner's locker and tools in garage (locked in tool chest). Included in the rental of this home are 2 bikes, beach gear, a propane grill, high speed Comcast internet, and all of the amenities/appointments one would expect with a rental of this caliber. Pool heated to 85 degrees during Winter months.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a secluded and highly desired locale of South Fort Myers, known as Winkler Extension, this pool home is closely situated to numerous beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and shopping venues. The community of Woodgate Estates is both secluded and private, with this particular home affording guests one of the most desired locations within the neighborhood, at the edge of the Cul-de-Sac situated in the back of Woodgate Estates.

The description of this property is highly inaccurate. While parts of the house are in fact remodeled, many things are not. We walked into filthy, worn furniture, dead roaches, soap scum shower curtain, damaged doors, ancient wash machine, and broken guest bath toilet. Not premier host quality. The management company was nice and responsive, however due to circumstances we stayed the full 2 weeks. Neighborhood is very nice and friendly, pool is warm, and great location.
