Modern and featuring original art, the 4-unit building just finished up a total, year-long renovation. This is unit #4, upstairs. We are right downtown with all the restaurants and nightlife, just 3.5 miles to the beach and 3 minute access to the highway. Nestled between the Old Dillard museum and a Gothic church, the apartment is situated in a significant cultural and historical neighborhood downtown. With ample parking and lighting, this is a sure, safe and affordable option for downtown. Keep the windows open to hear the birds sing!

Everything was perfect. Had lots of paper supplies..toilet paper napkins soap.. comfortable beds rooms were a bit warm for sleeping not as cool for my taste for sleeping.. The neighborhood was not what we expected. Would not recommend walking in evening.

Bon rapport qualité prix, très propre et centralisé

Appartement bien situé par rapport aux services. Très propre, lits confortables. Nous avons eu de la difficulté à joindre l’hôte lors de notre séjour. Nous n’avons eu une réponse que plusieurs jours plus tard. Mais les échanges étaient courtois. Pour ce qui est du lavage, une laveuse sécheuse est disponible dans une aire commune, en installant une application avec des frais applicables. Un balcon/ terrasse au niveau de l’appartement aurait été un atout! Mais nous avons bien aimé notre séjour.
