Too often, visitors expect an unreasonable level of attention, response, and catering, and without needing that quality of service personally, I still received top notch service. Several car rental services are conveniently located across the street from hotel and within a few minutes walk to public transportation. Rooms are tidy and cleaned daily so it’s better kept than living in my own personal home. Common areas are clean, and intentional including the lounge in the lobby, fitness center, indoor pool, entertainment room (games), and the dining room. I would highly recommend the Embassy downtown for your future Portland stay. It’s a definitely a value and major go for families with young children."
