"Nice and clean, modern. Breakfast was good. The only slight drawback was location wasn’t the best but with a bus stop into centre and waterfront and a metro a five minute walk turned out not to be the end of the world. "

"From start to finish the customer service provided by Corinthia was top tier! They emailed me beforehand to see if I was celebrating anything special and answered any questions ahead of my stay. Even though I opted out of having my room decorated for a fee, they still sent complimentary champagne for my anniversary. The location is not that close the downtown area but the shuttle was very helpful. Also it’s a $5 uber away so it was fine for me! I frequented one of the restaurant bars simply because the staff was so lovely! My only complaint- the spa! They heavily advertised the thermal pool experience. It’s not that great. The water in the hot tubs were only lukewarm. I brought it to the staffs attention. It didn’t improve. They don’t tell you it’s a 70 pound experience and they only wave the fee if you pa for an 80 minute spa treatment. It’s expensive and I did not enjoy myself that much at all. "

"This was a fantastic hotel, all the staff were very friendly. From the fabulous lobby bar, to the Italian restaurant with the food is excellent. The rooms were very comfortable and the shower one of the best hotel showers I have experienced. "We had a lovely stay, staff were great, everything was new and clean, and although it’s not located in a touristy neighbourhood, we quite enjoyed where it was located, near lots of restaurants and stores, and very well located for transit connections. "
